Darker cherries, raspberry, herbaceous, big acid fest w/ soft, round tannins. Nice finish with peppercorn and violets. Earthy & rustic but inherently elegant.

Dec 2nd, 2015This was a transcendent bottle of Rosso. I liked it better than Fonterenza Brunello 2005, and about as much as my other all-time favorite Rosso: 2008 Poggio di Sotto. Big surprise, as I'm not usually such a fan of 2009 in Tuscany.
