Hour decant in the bottle. Fresh plum and dates, hints of garrigue. Chalky. Bone dry, structured, tremendous length. Tannins linger, and gentle build, but are far from brooding. Black blunts and blackberry fruit. Chalky, travel character is most distinct.

A great wine for the price from Cairanne. Peppery dark fruit on the nose, with plum flavors. The tannins in the 2015 are a bit young still, but balanced well if drinking it with food.
