Farmed organically, this 2014 is fresh, bright and reminiscent of Cara Cara oranges & pink grapefruit with Kieffer lime aromatic and Tahitian lime zest/ruby red grapefruit in the finish, which builds for 5 seconds before peaking and lasting a good 20 seconds in all! A beautiful bowl of exotic citrus that is an awesome match with a ripe and runny Humboldt Fog goat cheese!!
