Elegant blackberry, purple fruit nose - started to open up nicely in decanter. Balanced on palate, more prominent dark fruit vs earth/leather notes tannins are starting to soften. This 2015 genteel #medoc is starting to hit it’s stride.

Had with cheese and charcuterie. Little sour at the end, but reminiscent of a California cab :)

Cherries, blackberries, strong tannins and a little smoke make for a nice, manly nose and dry, woody mouth. In the best way ;)
