Intense pink w a distinct blueish cast. All cucurbit w melon and cucumber, rose hips and plenty of red fruit aromas. The texture here is the outstanding partner it is penetrating, cutting rich foods, but also has a generous, viscous, silky feeling.

Brilliant transparent red-purple in the glass. Violets and suede on the nose and palate, giving way to dark berries on the finish. Firm velvety tannins and juicy acidity. The lighter side of le Sud-Ouest.

Fer Servadou at its finest. Jammy and chalky all at once. Great value. Great for the holiday.

Awesome. Balanced and interesting

Savage tannins and some cassis, not enough balance for it to last I would guess but happy to be wrong as it's not a grape you come across much!
