Man, is this Petrol. Tasting: apple, guava and lime notes come forth. Sparkling acidity. Sweetness level is somewhere between a Kabinett and Trocken. With time, more pineapple and sour patch kids come into play. So sleek and linear I wish I were watching Sprockets.

Starting to get a rich gold color, yet tasting quite fresh with good acidity. Lemon and Orange blossoms on the nose with hints of lanolin, and tastes like pineapple juice. Slightly sweet. It's "Riesling 101," but not dumbed-down.

Sweet petrol, white flower, white peach, golden apple, white gummy bear. Fresh honeyed with golden raisin and fig jam nuances. Off dry with juicy citrus, peach/apricot hard candy, crushed slate, crushed up chalk. For the price, I dig.

Always a summertime gimme. Acid, sugar and alcohol suggest something like a spätlese halbtrocken. Fragrant and varietal, this bottling is on point, vintage after vintage. Not a game changer, but definitely a great value. Add some South Indian or Thai takeout for a little weeknight magic. 🍋🌶️🥵

Smells of rocks, Meyer lemon, white flowers. You can taste the minerals, Meyer lemon, melon and hints of apricot. Really good acidity is making my mouth salivate. Refreshing. Paired well with a grilled king salmon with arugula and white been salad with lemon and pine nuts. Yum!

2014 vintage. Agreeable and apple-y. Yellow and green apples, fresh pear, chamomile, hay, reductive petrol-ish notes, white rocks. Definitely showing Riesling's drier side, but not to the point of austerity. Good concentration and a little roundness.
