Thanksgiving without Port would be a shame! This was a very good bottle of mature stuff, with lots of rooty intrigue.

Roots and flowers bouquet. Light body, high acid. Quite typical '77 style, and, although lacking the expansive finish of '77 Taylor or Dow, still satisfying.

Good, young wine. More complex than an un-aged ruby, but still feels like there's more to go. Has a strong, delightful finish.
