The nose is a riot of fresh citrus: lemon, lime zest and orange fizz. You've also get some apple, yeasty dough and a bit of honey. The palette shows its old world roots, streaked through with strong minerality, wet stones, more lime zest and a touch of tart orange juice. The finish closes out on a bit of that yeasty-ness and lingers on fairly long. A nice little Cava.

Tiny bubbles, good, good. Lime and almond aromas, very nice. Nice and wide structure with fine acidity. Quite persistant finish, nice, nice. 85 pts.
