2014 opened Nov 2017.. Cassis and sea salt on the nose. I taste the alcohol, but not much else on the front of the palate. Astringent tannic structure. It's been breathing an hour, but it's not opening up. Not horrible but far from wonderful.

One of the best and most consistent TJ's reds. Especially, among the French section. I've had better vintages of this (2011 was Wine Enthusiast's #1 best value buy of 13') but this is always good. Paired great with a showing of the new Pirates movie on opening weekend. Very high QPR.
