Very nice premier cru chablis. Nothing especially pokes out - this is more like a textbook chablis that is just amped to another level. Great mouthfeel, stony acid finish, length, precision.

A bit young but still a great wine. And the price is on point.

Very complex Chablis. Wonderful melange of flavors. Mineral, vegetative with a hint of lobster shell. Excellent acidity. Great "food wine". 2012 Vintage

Nice balance on the nose. Fresh orchards and crushed minerals. A citrus zest appears alongside the cut stone. Slightly restrained palette but with fair potential, could use 3+ years. The finish is fresh and young but hints at dried fruits; pear, papaya and steel. Well made wine.

Feeling Good

This 2011 needs a few more years under its belt. Tight but still yummy. Typical Beauroy styling on the nose and palate.
