On the Nose, petrol, peaches tropical fruits, citrus, lemon and minerals.
Off dry on the palate with passion fruits, pineapples, slate, some butter and white pepper.
Medium to full bodied and smooth with High acidity, that balances the fruits well.
Medium finish with lemons and citrus fruits.
As it warms up it becomes creamy.
Drink chilled. Very refreshing and easy to drink. Paired it with tuna tapas, which were excellent together.
9.5% alcohol by volume.

Had a bit of spritz to it, not too bad, bit of RS - cotton candy & peach, did well in a pinch on a hot night on the patio w/limited options
