Le Pech Abusé Buzet Red Bordeaux Blend

Here’s a fun cab sauv / merlot / Malbec blend from the SW. definitely some Brett, but not overwhelming, with nice, restrained dark fruit and decent acidity. Really a pretty, balanced, succulent take, almost like a feminine expression of Bordeaux. Allez Buzet!

Super interesting Bordeaux blend. But not typical in style at all. Natural with some sweet fruit up front and med body. I could drink this...

I wish more Bordeaux tasted like this Buzet.

Rich, powerful, dark red fruit

Juicy black cherries and some green on nose

Firm tannins, a little Brett and a good dose of complexity. 2005 vintage.

Always lovely. After three days open this was very much alive and vibrant.

Day 2. It’s glowing like a lava lamp. 👍🏻
