Even better after being open a couple of days. Burnt garnet, almost dark orange on the eye, moving to pink/white at rim. Medium- viscosity, some staining. Nose sees rubbing alcohol, sweet candies cherries, sweet vanilla and baking spices. Palette sees medium+ acid, medium tannins, long, low intensity aftertaste. Notes of stewed, oxidized cherries and red fruits. This is a great Chianti Classico!
