Blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon & 13% Merlot from Chiles Valley District in Napa, deep Ruby with aromas of red/black fruit, herbs and oak notes. On the palate flavors of ripe fruit, cherry and blackberry with notes of vanilla, oak, tobacco and cacao. Fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit, sweet spice, tobacco and lively mineral notes. Nice. Tasting Sample!!

Medium bodied. Focused. Very clear and clean. Subtle... but I’ve had some that age well and pick up more dimensions. Good Old school.

Decanted 2 hours - first sip is superb but not mind blowing - was hopeful - just not going to be ever that wine but will be pleasant and produce smiles
Just wanted so bad to say big bold and beautiful - oh well - you can't get blood from a turnip - so the rest of the story
Deep garnet color. Clean. Nose of blackberries and dark currant fruits. Dry, full bodied. med+ acidity but tannins are not in sync thus missing the wow factor. Flavors of chocolate, cedar, cherries and pruney.
An interesting but long finish. My last one. I will not buy again as this wine really never excited me - still got to smile and in my world that matters.

Ripe black and red cherry, red currant, baking spice, vanilla, a touch of caramel and brown sugar. M acid. M body. Long finish. Still young but drinkable and balanced.

Nice well balanced Cabernet in a restrained style. Not too flashy for a '12 but varietally correct.
