Lean and mean. Pinot Noir on a budget.

Not as friendly young as 09 or 10 but more potential with some aging as other vintages. Buisson makes such approachable Pinot.

Nice. Simple, but good. Excellent QPR.

This was very tart to start. I decanted it and sealed the bottle and tried again 4 days later. Quite nice. Red fruited.

Kermit Lynch calls Buisson’s wines “very user friendly.” A perfect description for this $20 QPR rockstar. Just may be the red to go with the Beef Wellington on Christmas Day. 🎄🎄🎄

A bit thin. Not much of a nose. I’d still drink it gladly but it’s not as good as other wines from this producer. Earthy and mushroomy maybe.

Really enjoying this wine! Light and easy to drink! Surprising for a Pinot noir! Paired with Thai chicken Pignetti’s $29.99
