A great wine for a snowy night. Love how this is drinking right now. Plenty of richness on the nose and palate with some great elegance to it. Tannins are elevated but have a great deal of finesse to them and have softened considerably. Has all the classic markers for Amarone and lovely balance from the acidity. Fig, stewed plum, dried black cherry, cocoa, canela, marzipan, leather, sweet licorice, tar, root beer.

An elegant style, plush with dried oregano and rosemary over dried cherry, plum, cocoa butter and molasses. Rich and finessed palate, age has lent harmony to this wine, complete with savoury/sweet dried red fruits and herbs on the palate. Some fine tannin remains, and just enough acidity to brighten the finish. Light enough for food, paired well with mushroom pot pie. A classic.

Heavy nose with prune/plum s bit of ETOH with spice. Taste leather tannins with prune plumgrest length and evolution. Tannins a bit rough but over taste is very good. Like now but better in 2+ years

Organic 54.95. Still floral and herbal with loads of fruit. Concentration. Depth of flavors. Unusual style. Legth. Bit oxidative style. Lot of waves of dried fruits.

First taste: huge. Ashy woody tobacco. Dark earth. Spearmint and medicinal herbs. Definitely needs some time to open up.

Will be perfect when more mature. 8 years not enough, will taste again in 3 or 5
