Low alcohol 12%, slight slight effervescence. Oyster pairer. Nose of honeydew. Light salt and acidity. Nice minerality.

Miss the mark for me. All the racing acidity I wanted but zero finish.

Subtil et puissant.

Subtle gooseberry kiwi nose, hint of honeydew and lychee. Surprisingly sharp acidity brought a flash of sweat under my eyes! Startling but not too unpleasant ...

Better than expected. Very smooth merlot
