Fully mature. Sour cherry, earth, moist humus-like smells, old leather. In the mouth it’s focused, on the leaner side, with really good acids, and lots of evolved flavors.

This was my third bottle I had over the last few years. Mineral nose and red fruits in the mouth, but I have not found the ‘11 to be as special as other drinkers do.
