Airfield's reds are better but I enjoyed this light pear.

The low land snow is gone, the bears out of hibernation and I am down in the States buying my Spring wines. Overnighting my wine consultant suggested I try this bottle of wine. What a pleasant find from the Yakima Valley. Red garnet in colour and a bouquet of black currants and cherries this dry wine is a true delight. It has balanced mid palate structure, firm tannins, a hint of toasted oak and a lingering berry taste. I will certainly be back to get a case. Enjoy
