Full and ripe for a rose on the nose with notes of watermelon and cranberry. Juicy, rich and slightly peppery on the palate. Flavors of strawberry, cherries and watermelon lead to bold, deep minerality and a touch of black pepper. The finish is long and dry with crisp acidity and a touch of stone. Pairing this tonight with butternut squash soup and butternut squash ravioli.
