Amazingly unique Chenin Blanc with a leesy, yeasty aroma with touches of slightly unripe stone fruit. Bright acidity with crisp lime & grapefruit on the palate. Long finish. Delicious.

A nice balance of acid and fruit. Earthiness to slide those muddy gulf oysters, but enough lift to roll with lightly seared scallops.

The first wine I ever loved...
It's even better than I remembered. Mostly dry. Meyer lemon, tart pear, and orange blossom. White river stone minerality and a little lanolin for good measure. This is pretty classic Loire Chenin.
