Vintage 2016 / Young and frivolous, much character, minerality

Very nice Kabinett here. Leaves quite dry sensation even though there is residual sugar here. Not the lightest od Mosel Kabinetts but a very good one.

Red delicious, Saigon cinnamon, touch of honey

Apples and crushed stones. Faintest hint of diesel.

At Rijks Pop up. Wine for third course but worked ok with first two (Albariño for first, another Spanish white for second). Classic Riesling nose and good balance with less sweetness than acids. Perfect for third course of Laab salad with duck chopped and fried with cucumber and Mackerel vinaigrette!

16.5/20 (90/100) Сладкий аромат с нотами яблочного варенья, абрикосового конфитюра, лимонного мармелада и белого перца. Полусухое с довольно высокой кислотностью. Насыщенное во вкусе. Хорошо!
