Last night was the 2012 Chais Saint-Laurent La Vigne en Véron Chinon.

On the nose there was strawberry, cherry, raspberry, plum, roasted red pepper and crushed gravel.

On yhe palate there is strawberry, tart cherry, raspberry, green bell pepper and crushed gravel.

This wine is medium bodied with medium acidity and medium fine tannins that gives us a medium tart red fruit finish. A nice wine but not a favorit Loire Cab Franc. Have a wonderful weekend and please stay safe and healthy. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷

Light and earthy. Not tannic at all. Easy.

Pleasant. The word that keeps jumping to mind: vinous.

2015 Rosé, acid that holds for a year. If you're going to drink and enjoy Rosé year round- this is one to go for. Still has structure, acid, tart cherry.

Lemon, raspberry, with a mushroom note. Bright acid, refreshing! Great wine!
