1997 Gonzaga San Leonardo Bordeaux Blend - Amazing condition! Found this at Absinthe in San Francisco and it was perfect. Still youthful with great acidity and firm texture. Drink now or hold for 5 or even more.

Cab franc really stood out to me. Lots of veggies in a good way. Great tannin. Very enjoyable with my salumi sandwich.
