Vintage 2011 - Give a kabinett 4 to 6 years and the wine looses its youthfull turbulence to develop a friendly roundness and harmony that's terrific! This wine has an excellent balance, nice acidity next to a comforting sweet touch. And only 7,5 degrees alcohol, why it's such an appropriate choice on a hot summerday. #mosel #ürzig #kabinett #riesling #loveit
