A pleasant and approachable, dry, idiosyncratic blend: The 2012 is 49% Riesling, 27% Viognier, 14%Sauvignon Blanc, 8% Chardonnay and 2% Chenin Blanc. The nose is all Riesling and Chardonnay; the texture is Viognier; the acidity and phenolics from Sauvignon Blanc and Chenin show up in the finish. Nicely done. Stump your friends who are into blind tasting with this one!
