Founded in 1980, with a long-term goal of creating America's "methode champenoise" sparkling wines. Rich pink color with red berry fruit aromas. Tiny bubbles with rapid bead flow, the palate shows ripe strawberry and cherry with citrus flavors. The wine has good balance with acidity and smooth mouthfeel. The Pinot Noir gives this sparkler some finesse on the finish ending with soft toasty notes.

54% Chardonnay, 39% Pinot Noir and 7% Pinot Meunier, 20%-25% reserve wine blended into this rose. Tastes like cranberries, features roaringly loud medium sized bubbles, and a fierce, crisp acidity. May have a little more RS than Brut, yet still dry.

Drank for Valentine's Day. Light, refreshing, not dry and easy to have multiple glasses. It has a slight sweetness to it. Would def buy it again.
