It took me a few sips to warm up to this wine, but once I did, I began to appreciate its quirky character. Musk melon and honeysuckle with a soft, creamy, and gentle texture. Begs for food with a little heat!

On first sip it's very NAH I'M GOOD. Give it a little time, and a few more sips, and suddenly you've drank two glasses. Very aromatic, like you're about to bite into a literal bouquet of honeysuckle and yellow lily. Tastes of velvety pineapple shortbread dusted with candied ginger and soft lemon zest. Definitely a food wine for me, and enjoyed it with spicy Mexican food.

Cider and gingerbread cookies. Really a lot of fun.

Strong notes of lychee. Laura brought it for a roast chicken shabbas dinner.

I agree with the other reviews - the first sip is off-putting, but this really opens up quickly. Very floral and fragrant, but stays nice and dry with melon notes and soft acidity. Better at a slightly warmer temperature. Very happy to try something different than your typical Austrian Grüner Veltliner! Will buy again.

Biodynamic. Highly aromatic with yellow and red Traminer grapes. Similar to Gewurztraminer but dry, with a crisp, light mouthfeel. Pineapple, cherimoya, rose, spice, honeysuckle.
