Funky, earthy, soily, minerally. Almost reductive. Love the nose. Palate is fresh, tastes like no oak or light oak. Sour cherry bombs, red licorice, light brown sugar, finishes on some more earth and a mushroomy note. Love it. High acid, light refreshing red.

It's like a four-chair turn on The Voice, if the judges were all pies seeking their perfect match...stay with me...this one manages to have it all, from blk olive, bell pepper, pepperoni, even tart-sweet tomato and portobello. It's also juicy and begs another sip...yep, looks like it's got it all, so long as you've got the will to fork over a twenty to pair with your pie :/

Attractive spicy and peppery nose, meaty, smoke, sour cherry, red currant, red liquorice, even something medicinal. Fruity on the palate, sour cherry dominating. High acidity, makes your mouth water, rounded tannins, medium+ on body and finish. Highly enjoyable now, but has potential.

Gutsier than the Rosi Schuster, more tannic, less sour cherry fruit, if this is Brett related it is not unattractive on the whole, 13%
