Wow just pure loveliness! This is the current release and it’s already in a great spot! Red fruit and earth and leather! Perfect wine for the vacation finale night with ribeyes of course!

Bright garnet, sappy texture with moderate grip, cherries, graphite, cedar. Bit awkward and disjointed on the finish with some acetone. Update: better day two. I feel like I say that a lot.

Commendable for it precision. But... lacking a certain soulfulness.

Pure and bright notes of black raspberries and cherry intertwined with distinctive earthiness and minerality. Mushroom, barnyard, crushed rocks, tobacco, peppercorn. Great example of how purity and tension can mitigate brett to create a more complex and interesting wine. Like all great CF this was a stunner with food.
