Vintage 2017. Purple and dense in colour. Plums, cherries, blueberries, violets, vanilla and wool mittens.
Fresh acidity, low in tannins and a rather short finish. Youthful and interesting. Very much a red version of what you find in a vinho verde

Mycket unik i smak och karaktär. Ser riktigt tät och mörk ut men är lätt och läskande. Doftar rosor, nypon och lite grön paprika. Ganska mycket körsbär, kanel, viol och mocha i smaken. En lätt fizzy sodakänsla ligger och lurar i bakgrunden.

Sauvage is the world that comes to mind when describing this signular and biodynamically farmed, wild ferment Vinhão. Aromas of smoky plum and earth are rendered more complex by a sort of feral, animal quality that persists on the palate as well. A bold streak of acidity creates a sense of tension to sour cherry notes firmly anchored in damp tilth, preserved game, steeped green tea, and pink peppercorn. This won't be to everyone's taste, but for the adventurous, I say, go for it. 11.0% ABV | Sample

Dark colour, bright acid, bretty

Super bright red berries with hints of meat & chalky depth.

Light but very tart. Darker fruit like sour plums and maybe non-ripened blackberries. No pronounced ripened fruit. Minerals.

Vino de capa alta, en nariz monte bajo y mineral. En boca de entrada fuerte y amarga y final complejo salino.
