Soft and supple Gigondas. Not complicated. A touch of black pepper. Easy to drink now. Black plum. Nice finish. Lingers longer than you would think

Aromas of baked raspberry/cherry, vanilla, roasted red bell pepper, cinnamon.
Dry. Flavors of black raspberry, licorice, cinnamon, clove. Medium-rich, velvety tannins.

Très bon au goût, arômes de framboises, fruits noirs et légers épices. Faible astringence, prêt à boire.

Flat and a little thin. Subdued flavors.

Pure, precisely balanced, with a nice clean earthiness.

Solid with boeuf bourguignon.

Deep purple robe with long legs. Medium nose of leather, plumbs and sweet tobacco with none of the usual “attack”. Taste of blackberry, plumb and port. Short but warm finish. Lovely.
