Finally got to try one of their wines, very nice. Super old world taste, earthy, somewhat dry, complex flavors

Really torn on this one. A great expression. Earthy, with a barnyard tint to it. Has spice and tart fruit. But also doesn't taste as well integrated as I expected.

One of the orphan wines from my two mixed cases of 89 Southern Rhones that have survived. Not important at all, but very instructive about a well cellared, modest wine and the benefits of time. More interesting aromatically with wonderful dark floral aromas, bacon and a bit of spice. In the mouth the fruit is overwhelmed by dry tannins, but it will be just fine with a prime, pan roasted NY steak. A really great demonstration of why we cellar wines. Not bad for a $10 wine.

Superbe. Prunes confites et une touche subtile de bois.

Wow. Dark tabacco yet hints of bright fruit. I would say at its peak.
