Skin fermented Cortese from Gavi. Grippy, marmalade, amaro like herbs, wild honey. Hard to find but worth the hunt!

Totally out there wine. Orange wine in stainless. Super fresh. You can feel the skins. Orange and grapefruit rind on the palate. Very fresh and juicy. Really really juicy. A hint of bitterness. Amazing change of pace wine. A great wine to have twice a year. I had it with salad and oueffs en meurette.
