Dark jammy fruit and spice that is expected from a cab but also super floral and perfume-y. Def drink with food. It can stand up to a bold dish. I ate this with a pasta and bison meatball dish and it brought about a juicy lightly sweet floral experience to my meal.

Very rich and organic, great for pasta with red sauces or meat dishes, I hope I can find his in the U.S.

Best Super Tuscan yet. Discovered by accident, they were out of our first choice, so we got the cheaper one & glad we did. Cab Sav. & Cab Franc grapes make this one wonderfully earthy, oaky, yet relatively light & smooth!
