Blend of 4 white grapes. Grechetto, Vermentino, Sauv Blanc and Proconico. Very light on the fruit. Faint notes of white peaches and melon. A hint of green olive and salinity. Medium Body. Lots of minerality and acidity. Nice compliment to food.
