Decent, respectable easy drinking red...won’t blow your socks off, but a nice weekday accompaniment to a meal. Light on the palette, almost a hidden mature red fruit that lurks on the background. Drinkable table red!

Very surprising wine. Loving Portuguese wines more and more these days. Light to medium bodied, manageable tannins, still very fruit forward. Well-balanced. Very inexpensive and great quality red. $7.99 at PA Fine Wine and Good Spirits stores

We discovered and enjoyed alentejano's while in Portugal, but this didn't meet our expectations...thinking it was more the pairing, not the wine itself.
