Virginia represent!! Surprisingly good VA Viognier. Soft acidity. Has a little creaminess. Went well with maple ginger pork chops and roasted sweet potatoes.

Slight whiff of apple juice followed by slight hints of apricot. Slight apricot fruit on palate destroyed by too much acid. Out of balance.

I love VA viognier's in general, but I have to say this one is just average. Heavy on the mineral flavor, and not enough on the fruit. Not bad, just ok.
