Intense black and red fruit indicative of cooler climate and high altitude, luscious nose with spice and bramble, oak, smokey, decent acidity and tannic without necessarily screaming for food. My kind of Malbec. — 5 years ago
Red apples, cherries, toast, less acidic, mouthfillng champagne that drinks like a wine that needs food — 5 years ago

Bright, biscuit brioche, creamy and round, dosage on high side for me but altogether a friendly, champagne — 5 years ago
Earth, farmyard, fading cherry fruit, high acid, disappointing finish but perhaps only because I didn't know what to expect from a croatian Cabernet — 5 years ago

Airport wine only at SFO. Complex. Tight, bone dry, some salinity, structured acidity, oak and yeast. — 5 years ago
Still too young but medium acidity, cherry smacking tannins and delish savoury meatiness to this wine made me want to eat it for dinner. A bit lean for typical barolo but lovely food wine nevertheless. — 5 years ago
