Delicious and gulpable, as most of Herr Weber's wines. Not sure if it's the vintage, but I feel like this has a serious and phenolic component other bottles haven't. It's too young and even the herbal scents are hiding in the background along with the strawberries. And let's be honest, it's not lacking sulfur. But what's not hiding is the taste of delicious Saar acid and slate. Makes me want to go back to Krettnach, Oberemmel, and Wiltingen. — 10 years ago
