This magnum bottling is a special Reserva cube that sees extended less aging and is intended for 'gourmet' experiences per the winery. It is both more deeply toasty and fresher than the 'regular' bottling in 750 ml.

Tasted in 2015. This wine shows toasty notes along with Apple and Pear. Pale gold, brilliant and medium effervescence. This wine has plenty of lees, baked bread and crisp apple on the palate. Enjoy with any meal. Long finish with persistence of apple and white fleshed fruit. — 9 years ago
