Ruby dress, medium intensity. Greedy nose, between red fruits, toasted notes, vanilla, sweet tobacco, roasting. In the mouth, medium body, with a nice mineral sensation to balance fruit and aging. Cherry, cranberry, oak (leger) is accessible and neat. Elegance, easy to drink. To drink or to keep.

En bouche, corp moyen, avec une belle sensation minérale pour équilibré le fruit et l’élevage. Cerise, canneberge, chêne (leger) c’est accessible et soigné. Nature gamay of Beaujolais, all in fruit. Balanced and charming, the attack is supple, the body carries a certain intensity due to aged vines certainly .. the finish is short. A gourmet, juicy wine for friends.

Sonoma-based August Sebastiani’s 3 Badge Beverage Corp. (the new name behind Kirk & Sweeney rums, Uncle Val’s gins, and others) has launched its first tequila: Pasote, which is made by Felipe Camerena in the Los Altos region of Jalisco.

Made in part with rainwater instead of just spring water, it’s made using traditional methods and bottled in antique-style glass. The reposado and anejo are aged in former, American oak bourbon barrels. — 2 months ago

Usually not focused on this type of wine, it was a very pleasant tasting. Fresh and tangy attack on currant notes; the body is delicate and complex with extraction that brings relief. The finish is more than honorable on infused, hay, dried herbs notes. Balanced, really well done. 🇨🇭

Habituellement pas très porté sur ce type de vin, ce fut une dégustation très agréable. Attaque fraiche et acidulée sur des notes groseilles ; le corp est délicat et complexe avec de l’extraction qui apporte du relief; enfin la finale est plus qu’honorable sur des notes infusées, végétales, foin, herbes séchées. Ruby color, limpid, fluid. A nose of red fruits, flowers and woody notes from aging. Bouquet, classic and classy nose. On the palate, the attack is balanced, the body is charming, the tannins of oak barrels and the fruit are well mixed, with notes of red fruits and flowers. The finish unfolds on woody tannins and a tangy return. Without great complexity but balanced. The wine falls quickly, to drink on the opening day.

En bouche l’attaque est équilibrée, le corp est charmeur les tanins de fût de chênes et le fruit sont bien mêlés, sur des notes fruits rouges et fleurs. La finale se déploie sur les tanins boisés et un retour acidulés agréables. Sans grande complexité mais équilibré. Le vin tombe vite, à boire le jour de l’ouverture. — 3 years ago

The nose is really superb, between bright notes of fruit (citrus fruits, apricot stones), barrel notes. Lively mouth, beautiful minerality, gunstone, notes of onion, poultry. Balanced, well-built body. Superb finish also, bringing together the tasting bouquet. Nice pleasure!

Le nez est vraiment superbe, entre notes vives de fruits (agrumes, noyaux d’abricot), notes de fût. Bouche vive, belle minéralité, pierre à fusil, des notes d’oignon, volaille.
