The King's Fury

Jean Luc Mouillard

Côtes Du Jura Trousseau

Elegant. Ben at King's Cellar in Cambridge promised Strawberry, candy, lively acid, and the wine delivers. — 3 months ago

Château Poujeaux

Moulis en Médoc Red Bordeaux Blend 1998

Mature. For sure.
Holding up very well, though.
Dust, metal, woodfire, blood. Fury Road.

Marchesi Antinori

Tignanello Toscana Super Tuscan Blend 2016

OMG... Sorry it's my first time...
Visually, this presents as a few years older with a pink to red brick rim. On the nose, the open releases red cherry... With time it mellows to black cherry... If you could elegantly bottle Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia it would start you on the path of creating this wine. The blanket of milk chocolate is like a King's robe. There is a vague hint of baking spices up front. Custardy throughout. Tannins are on on-guard and alert waiting ready, willing, and able to withstand the darkness of the caverns until brighter days. Probably my favorite bottle to date.

Delas Frères

Ventoux Red Rhone Blend

Terra orca is right! The earth is coming at me and I’m seeing red. But not the red of fury, the red of passion, the red of pleasure, and the red of desire. One sip of this and desire for the pleasure of passion from this wine endures. The palate parties with minerals. — 3 years ago

Alpha Box & Dice

Golden Mullet of Fury Sémillon Arneis Viognier 2015

Sweet cream, camomile tea, oranges on the nose. Full bodied, lightly tannic, caramel flavors. — 4 years ago

Great Chardonnay for the price. — 5 years ago

King's Clay

Special Reserve California Malbec 2020

Delicious. Aromatic, deep berry notes. Slight spice towards the finish, which is a pleasant pairing to how sweet the berry notes are. Not a typical dry Merlot. Would pair excellently with many meals, however, it is so flavorful and fruity that it can be sipped on its own. Also recommended to pair with desserts, particularly a dark chocolate. — 2 years ago

Wahluke Slope Red Blend 2016

Excellent red blend. Pepper and plum on the nose, with a big mouth feel of dried fruit that dissolves into a long woody finish. Big structure, but not out of control. Would have again! — 4 years ago
