Oh my gosh, dining out! 🍽 RH Rooftop Restaurant.

Deep ruby with garnet secondary hues. Pink rim variation and strong tearing. 👁

👃 On the nose this wine has pronounced, youthful notes of candied cherry, cherry cola, strawberry rhubarb jam, ripe raspberry, violet, licorice, clove, cedar, vanilla, and nutmeg.

👄 On the palate this wine is dry, with medium(+) acidity, a medium(+) body, high alcohol, medium tannins, and pronounced intensity of flavors consistent with the nose. The finish is medium(+).

🙌 This wine has concentrated aromas and flavors that are balanced by the acidity. Overall structure is strong. 👏👏

@Sean Smith the food was good, though I wouldn’t go there seeking a fine dining experience. Rather, it was all about the ambiance and chic interior design and decor. It was bustling. They had a big terrace overlooking the sunset. It was fun! I’d definitely recommend it for at least a cocktail on the terrace, but again the food was good, too. I wouldn’t recommend it for a quiet, food-centric experience.
