Celebrated Lauren's 16th birthday in Paris with this terrific grower champagne! Lots of crisp apple flavour - a really great drink. — 7 years ago

I really like this champagne. Crisp, fresh, certain aroma but not too rich. Good for matching with dishes. Not destruct the foods. Want to drink this as daily champagne. — 10 years ago

This is a special champagne. Aged so gracefully. In a 2nd maturation phase that is getting the caramel flavors out. I should have bought a lot more. This is worth every penny if you can find it. — 2 years ago
Simple day one , picked up a lot of complexity day two. — 8 years ago
Medium straw with green tinges. Nice persistent perlage and pleasant creaminess. The nose is pure bliss. Caramel with butter, apricots and pears, honey and apples. Fragrant floral notes along with warm brioche and sea spray.
A very stately and baronial wine from Chouilly in the Côte des Blancs. Rich and well developed at this point. The minerality is so good and the acidity just right. Precise and concentrated with all the depth that you would expect. Very lively and powerful.
The palate follows the nose with honey dipped apples and cinnamon. Chalky notes mingle with the electric citrus fruit. Long, long finish that just keeps going on and on. This still hasn’t hit its peak, it has miles to go. — 8 months ago
From Mag. Mature... a hint of apple and sherry but not too much. On the palate broad and slightly lush with settled acidity and decent length. Given this is s mag, it's probably worth checking in on these as their time may soon be up, but for drinking right now- very good — 7 years ago

Very high in its acidity and tonight too much for my liking. In the nose loads of bruised apples. — a month ago
