Excellent sour. Tasted like some of the sours I’ve had from new Belgium. Very classic foudre type beer with a bit of plums. This is really well balanced between sour, fruit, and funk. Highly recommend if you find yourself in Montana. — 3 years ago

002 in the series, very similar to 001, tropical and citrus notes, hopped with New Zealand hops, very little malt backbone, just enough to support the hops, very easy drinking, enjoyable IPA, little on thin side because of the low ABV, only real grip, is again to similar to the one before this 001 — 8 years ago

This, TO ME, is Pliny the Elder's rival for top West coast IPA! This is definitely my new favorite beer and I haven't been in the mood for an IPA for about a year until this. A must try for craft beer enthusiasts. — 9 years ago

Classic now IPA from N.B. brewery, a very good go to IPA when you can not find something else, that does not sound like much praise, but it is, I take this over most beers I find in the supermarket, no Stone or Lagunitas, Firestone, ok grab a Ranger!!! — 11 years ago

Firestone Parabola 2015

Deep flavors and aromas of Oak, bourbon and chocolate. This super full bodied imperial stout will not contain itself to the winter months like lesser stouts are known to do. JIC you couldn't tell, I love this stuff!
Incredibly rich tasting with 14%ABV.
Most people would tell you this is a dessert beer and I might be inclined to agree but as you can see in my pic, we had New York Strip alongside and this beer did just fine.
