Nose has bruised yellow apples, damp chalk, brioche dough and under-ripe green pear.
Palate has lemon zest over yellow + green apple slices, fresh brioche, yellow peach with a dry finish but an impression of sweet notes on the long finish.

@Delectable This is De logt Beauvillard. A dark beer based on a recipe by a Parisian Doctor named Beauvillard. Raisiny reminding me of a sweet PX sherry. — a month ago
A big thank you to Fourth Wave Wines for this sample of the 2021 Cowpunk Pet Nat Chardonnay.
It falls in the category of a natural wine. Plus it’s also organic and vegan friendly with no added preservatives. It’s from a single site and is small batch with a $30 price tag.
It looks like cloudy apple juice in the glass and pretty much smells like Granny Smith apples 🍏 too - super crisp and enticing. Alongside the juicy apples there’s some pretty florals and zesty citrus peel. Dry and delicious. Tastes great and love the packaging.

Lemon, lemon zest, green apple, honey, white pepper and a tiny touch of chalk. This is very inviting. The palate is very dry and tangy. The acid drive is strong and the wine could feel almost unbalanced because the acid drive tends to overpower the fruity notes, and there is width and a vivid mouthfeel that goes on for a long time in a fresh and tangy finish. It's good but I believe it could be better along food. I could see myself munching on sushis along this one 🤤🍣🍱 — 12 days ago
