Very drinkable red with dark fruit notes with a bit of tannin — 10 days ago
A delightful “vin effervescent” made by a Champagne family from vines just outside of Champagne-proper (Aube to be specific). It’s balanced and light on its feet. A very nice mousse. White peach and white flowers with the slightest whiff of brioche. Actually, the most striking thing about this wine is the color which is very nearly copper, yet this is 100% Chardonnay. A touch expensive for something not technically Champagne but the quality is truly there. Charming. Drink now. — 19 days ago
Drank 5/19/20. Very nice with tomato and caper pasta.
Black cherry, sweet tobacco, clove, and earth dominate the nose. Sweet red cherry, black cherry, plum, and a hint of spice on the palate. Medium body and tannins on the finish.

Very nice and would pair with a wide variety of cuisine for around $11 — 9 days ago

Dark Ruby with aromas of fresh crushed berry fruit with earthy tones. On the palate cherry and blackberry flavors with pepper spice, tobacco and cacao on fine dusty tannins. Long finish, nice mouthfeel, ending with fruit and an oak mineral character. Nice! — 3 days ago
