Great summer wine - definitely drink chilled. Has bold fruit without the sweetness. — 9 months ago

Lovely Syrah blend with Pat’s pork ($16). Dark, rich, flaverfull. Enjoyed again with Swiss chard from the garden and pork tenderloin. — a month ago

Really great. William initially told us. Order thru Rays — 9 months ago
A very aerial expression of Carignan in carbonic maceration. The nose is almost intoxicating: black fruits, flowers, liquorice. The mouth is thin, light, silky. Crush again for this superb cuvée at a very reasonable cost. To drink a little refreshed.
— 3 years ago
Paris, very buttery, blackberry, clove, vanilla, black currant, late cherry, high tannins, high alcohol long legs. Deep ruby, seems complex — 5 months ago
Deep purple in color; plums, blueberries, and cigar box on the nose; high acidity; high tannins; tastes like blackberry jam, plum sauce, and graphite with a medium finish. Nellie likes it. I like it too. I'd like the fruit to hang out a little longer on the pallet, but it's very good. — 6 months ago

Syrah is the predominant grape more than Carignan & Grenache, despite what the label states! The wine is therefore more complex, more fragrant and more powerful at 14.5%, without being jammy or overwhelming. Good value for less than £10. — a month ago
