Liquid gold. This old vintage is turning to gold color yet, after so many years, the original smooth flavor remains. — 6 days ago
Henney's is a modern cider with roots only back to the 1990s, but they very much make their drinks using g traditional methods of pressing the fruit and using local Herefordshire apples.
This is a delightful amber coloured cider with good apples aromas that show it is real cider with real apples. It is a [very] moreish medium sweet taste with the apples, a little caramel and just enough tartness to make this a real summer stunner.
Adam and Eve may have got in trouble with an apple but Henney's are the Gods of cider. — 6 days ago
Beautiful texture that is at once rich and rounded and yet light and fresh. Fruit driven entry with subtle umami tones in the finish. A true pleasure. — 11 days ago
1/2 hour decant. A majestic medium hazy gold color. On the nose: lemon, butterscotch, white peach, oyster shells. Taste: creamy, smooth, rich wine with layered flavors of lemon, apricot, slight pineapple, white pepper, and a metallic minerally lime dry finish. YUM! — 3 days ago
Excellent. Heavy for a Riesling. at 13.5% alcohol. Meurseault like in weight but it wears it well. Delicious! — 19 days ago
We really liked this. It was heavier and stronger but was well balanced and we just kept drinking it. Drank it at Granville Island in July 2022 — 22 days ago

Nose: plums, black cherry, baking spices. Fragrant tree sap. A little Wrigley’s Juicy Fruit? Is that clove? The Juicy Fruit image is sticking.
Taste: dark cherry, spice, a dash of tobacco and black-tea-like tannins. Not my preferred varietals, but silky and well made. A surprise. 88-89. I’ll go 89. — 16 days ago
